Ukraine is already defeated as a state and Economy, it can only uphold the war effort by financial and material support from western, primarily NATO-countries.

These countries in that process suffer and pay huge prices both economically, in terms of power and socially. And every day a bit more. Without much of the population realizing it or are propagandized out of their minds.

Russia too has constraints to their ability and needs to find a bear and most efficient way to wage the war. They can’t just mobilize its entire population without massive detrimental consequences both for their economy and social structure and stability.

Russia, 1.5 half years into this conflict is geopolitically in a much stronger position than before. Economically, they seem to manage a drastic and fast transformation from a sanction riddled state that used to trade huge portions with the west to getting completely independent from that Region while Making up for it with other buyers and suppliers. While the west still needs to buy Russland goods but via a third party to increased prices.

Militarily, Russia is honing probably the technologically most advanced forces which are also the most experienced in real world war. They also have the arms industry to sustain that and flank it. Russian arms will again become a major Export Commodity for them and a powerful political leverage.

Everywhere on the globe where Russia and China currently expand their influence, standing and power the U.S. wanes accordingly.

With one exception: US has managed by this war to finally completely eliminate the EU as a souvereign political player. EU countries are now complete military vassals of the US and their economies are getting sucked up dry for the benefit of the US. Not realized yet the massive energy subsidies and subventions the US is offering European industry to go there?

The US finally realize that they lose versus China without a hugely increased industrial base and sector. They now try feverishly to pull everything into their country.

France seems to have realized that and macron wavers about what to do. Scholz, likely compromised, has gone completely US minion. Germany now buys F-35 instead of creating a Eurofighter successor along with France. Macron was pissed. As pissed as he was when US forced Australia to not buy French submarines.

EU will implode under the pressure of new and old vassals trying to impose their new or old interests when some states try to keep at least some souvereignity.

The dollar brings them all down, China got to where it is because of the USA, nobody wants the yuan, America comes out on top, everywhere else including Europe suffers.
The propaganda is desperate on all sides at this stage, I wouldn't believe a word of what any of them claim to be capable of.

There is no secret, that since 1917 Russia is an anglo saxon puppet state(ok, junior partner), but with the advent of Hitler, Germany was also sentenced(finally ceased to resist after the Allied bombings of its huge industrial facilities). 2 strikes had to be carried out towards Germany(WW1 + WW2), towards Russia one was enough(so called Russian Revolution). According to the planners, France was supposed to actively resist in WW2, but remembering Verdun, they decided to capitulate instead, therefore, the main burden of Germany deactivation was carried by USSR.

About the Europe degradation (both old and new). It is impossible to bang the Russian Empire and not to get negative consequences(immediate and delayed) for the entire continent.

And if indeed ussr under Stalin planed to invade Western Europe virtually weeks after Hitler started Barbarossa then he was even more of a fool then I thought.
