    I am listening to it right now, and at around the 38:40 minute mark he talks about this. He says, not much reason to worry about the waves hurting you because the microwaves are pretty protected now with the proper shielding. He did say to not stand near it while its on. Also, he says nothing wrong with the food from it, he says its basically the same as boiling the food. Only damage would be from heat damage.

    I must tip my tinfoil hat to the gentleman caller who wanted Ray Peat to discuss the "new world order" and directed energy weapons. Now that would have been an entertaining conversation...

    Also, very interesting to hear that electric razors are unsafe. I have been using one daily for many years. :( No wonder I haz teh stupidz. :lol:

    But seriously, how many times now has Ray Peat saved my neck?
