This interview is really good. RP's last 4-5 interviews have been much
better than previous interviews. That oneradionetwork interview is amazingly informative.
He sounds quite relaxed too. His interviews with John Barkhausen
are great but sound quality is really bad.

It is quite interesting that he answered many questions we have
been discussing recently. Aspirin and its dose, preferential oxidation of
PUFA and Saturated fat, Niacinamide and B vitamin doses, risk of allergens in supplements,
vitamin E , water and fluid intake. He discussed how fructose does it wonder
by absorbing free phosphate ion.

I'm going to try the niacinamide on some older brown spots that Progest-e didn't fade. I found that very exciting information that I'd not heard of before. I've always had some freckles anyway so my husband says they aren't even noticeable but I'm going to try that and see how it goes.

Interesting how when my prolactin was in the 120 range my top notch endocrinologist never mentioned that tidbit! I really shouldn't be surprised anymore.

Another derailed show the questions were very good though. I wish the guy calling about uncouplers would have asked him to clarify when the uncoupling is bad (Dr. Peat has written so). Also, are Deena and David forum members? I have heard them before.
