There is no dramatic news here, PUFAs are still unhealthy! As so many of Masterjohn's articles are, this is vague while informative. He acknowledges Ray Peat about PUFAs but focuses on Mary Enig's trivial argument about "essential fatty acids". It's so frustrating.
Masterjohn also acknowledges his contractual obligations to the WAPF. He is really brilliant and I can only hope he cuts his ties to the very narrow focus of the WAPF one day and actually tries to help people get healthy.
