Hi I'm currently self studying bioenergetics, physiology, and nutrition. On this forum I know many of you are doing the same, so I'm starting a discord server for those interested in doing it as a collaborative group effort. Selfishly; I'm doing this because I know having people read the material and discussing it with me will help me retain the information and grasp it more deeply.
I've already compiled a bunch of the most suggested books on these forums so feel free to swing in just to obtain a neat collection of the PDFs.
