Yes, I tried a wide variety of products over a long period, but none of these provided anything close to the results I find with WGO. Ironic that something so simple and cheap can be so much more effective than the obscenely priced commercial skin care products.
Inspiring. How did you use It? Topically everyday?

increasing co2 through buteyko has greatly improved the quality of my skin, as well as several other signs.
the only drawback for some might be the amount of attention it requires, unlike a supplement.
sunrise and sunset sun also a powerful skin healer.

Personally, I think facial massage is absolutely crucial to prevent wrinkles, saggy skin that are due to multiple issues like stagnant lymph fluid, adhesion, fibrosis, dentures, missing teeth and so on.

I have started doing facial massages abouth two months ago and was surprised how well it works. I do the massages by Aysel - https://www.youtube.com/@dr.aysel-facemassage1539

If I were to rank top things that helped my face it would be:

1. diet (of course)
2. facial massage
3. dermarolling (I use derminator2)
4. chemical peels (glycolic and tca)
5. creams - (I make my own) but this is more protective since I live in dry climate

Could you let us know a little bit about your homemade formulation for your facial cream to help with your dry climate?

Sure.

Start with phase 2 - watery part - first. Mix everything in a glassy jar so everything is nicely dissolved. You don't need all the ingredients for phase 2 but definitely urea, msm and ceramide would be nice to have.

Then, mix all the ingredients for phase 1 (except k2 and vitamin e) in some sort of a cup (I use a glassy measuring cup). The phase 1 is heated part. So, place the cup in a small pot with water. Heat up the content until all the oily ingredients are melted. Then, add k2 and vitamin E. Once everything nicely combined, slowly start adding watery content into oily one and keep mixing. You are creating an emulsion. So, keep slowly adding watery part and keep mixing.

Once everything is thoroughly combined, pour a content into a small container. Add ceramide, progesterone (if you want) and preservative. Mix again. Let it cool at room temperature. I keep my cream in the fridge and it lasts me about a month if I use it 2xday.

The total amount of cream is 2 oz.

The oil base ingredients is what makes a difference in your cream.
