There are news reports of AFM, acute flaccid myelitis, here in Pittsburgh, USA. West Nile virus reports were high this summer, too. West Nile is cited as contributing to AFM. Adenovirus is also cited as contributing. The only local article on Adenovirus was designed to make you want to get vaccinated for it.
