I have no idea what they do, because there is no context, not for me. conspiracy theorist suggest, numbers could have been planted in movie scenes for a certain group of ppl in the know and have been instructed how to get them and what to do with it. If you know the right scenes and timeframe to look for, gathered numbers could then mean something if the right context is known or has been given. numbers for gps location, a date and time.
