I recently came across these (the oldest of which is from 2019) and found them quite interesting. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts, experiences, or any more literature on the subject?

I have had my eye on posting this study for at least 3 years now but something more important always came up, so I kept putting it off. However, the recent thread posted on the forum about how estrogen is "essential" for health convinced me it is way overdue that I post something on this topic...

Peat wrote in a few articles that serotonin is extremely detrimental for bone growth and that anti-serotonin drugs are anabolic for the bone. Serotonin is the most potent inducer of cortisol synthesis, which is probably the main mechanism behind its bone destructive effects. However, serotonin...
Lol sorry , couldn't find better tittle for this.
Probably low, nonantibacterial dose of doxycycline is what we need for these effects. Like 20-40mg a day.

Even subantimicrobical dose, improves bone quality .
And apparently minocycline is the best tetracycline. But doxycycline is also interesting.

Was surprised when saw a study showing statins have positive effects on bones, did a bit of searching and it turned out that it has some positive action, generally, through inhibiting rho kinase, which also is protective against heart disease.

Anti-histamine Therapy and Bone Mineral Density: Analysis in a Population-Based U.S. Sample
Background
Histamine may play an important role in bone turnover. The data regarding histamine receptor antagonists (H1RA, H2RA) and bone mineral density in humans are sparse. We examined bone mineral...
