Mix together an even portion of green clay and apple cider vinegar.
-2 teaspoons green clay
-2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Mix together, apply to skin evenly.
Let dry for 30 minutes to an hour until it's cracking off and (probably) itchy.
Rinse off with water.
This is something I've become excited about after using it for the past couple of weeks.
-whisk 2 raw eggs with a fork
-add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
-add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Apply to hair/scalp as evenly as possible and allow it to sit for at least 3 minutes.
