This is something I've become excited about after using it for the past couple of weeks.
-whisk 2 raw eggs with a fork
-add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
-add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Apply to hair/scalp as evenly as possible and allow it to sit for at least 3 minutes.
Rinse with water.
The egg feels very nutritive to the hair itself, almost like the hair soaks it up.
The coconut oil is moisturizing,
And the apple cider vinegar is gently stripping, especially good for the scalp.
I've found that using just egg is a decent replacement for shampoo, but it feels like it's missing something.
When using only coconut oil, it leaves my hair too greasy... and when using only apple cider vinegar, it leaves it too dry.
So then... there's this, which avoids those dilemmas.
Cheers forum.
