and we all know that opiates decrease dopamine and increase prolactin.
like I told you a while ago in another topic , i never had sugar cravings in my life before i was start peating.
Before i was never eating sugary foods like milk, candy, fruits etc.
Then when start peating, my sugar cravings shoots to the roof.
Ray said: sugar cravings is a sign of hypothyroid.
Well i think with my experience that Ray is wrong and sugar is causing the cravings and makes it worse combined with fat.
Is there any study at all that says low thyroid cause sugar cravings?
