Okay, I want to start a new log. You can find the old one here:
Kasper's Log
The last two weeks, I didn't post anymore in that log, I actually got a bit off the rails. With new energy and health I got into much more social situations than I was used, and that also included much more eating stuff that is not good for me. I also stopped taking many supplements in the end, I just chaotically pop some pill so now and then, I just slowly feel that I'm getting back into an unhealthy body.
Temps dropped (to under 36 degrees celcius ...), digestion is bad, I feel kind of irritated, I'm not able to open up in social situations (be myself), drop in libido, craving for addictive things (like video games), I can't have my hands completely quiet.
It is not all bad, I'm thankful from the bottom of my heart that I'm a relationship now with someone I think I could love. That is also some reason I want to get my health back again.
The last two days, I'm already eating a bit better again, but for example it is now 16:45 and I still haven't had a bowel movement, so I'm surely not were I was.
I felt like this is a good moment to open a new log, and tracking my health a little bit better again. I think I made the most progress in my old log, when I actually did measure regularly.
I plan to measure the following:
- bowel movements
- morning temp and pulse
- afternoon temp and pulse
- evening temp and pulse
I also want to share a plan of what I want to do daily in the beginning of each week.
