Thanks, Joelle! :) While writing my update, I realized how many plants I either ingest or use on my body that I would likely have to give up. Here's a current list of my diet, supplements and hygiene products:Sally Norton mentions that oxalates often like to settle in weak spots in the body; thyroid and kidneys often being a favorite spot.:/
In my own case I wonder if they've (also) settled in my brain. I've heard MS patients suddenly having a clean scan with no leisures when they go in for a scan.
Sally recommends sticking to basically these low-ox plants:
