Nutritional yeast, yeah! It's really high in B vitamins. I wonder if he needs more biotin? There are non fortified versions that don't have the added iron... Saris is a brand that comes to mind-Amazon...I've tried MANY things. Currently having Ozone IV to see if I can improve circulation and reduce/remove bacteria. I will let you know if that makes a difference. A few years ago my hair got thick (wasn't trying) at the time I was eating a lot of nutritional yeast. Probably has nothing to do with it but it's worth a shot. That is the stand out thing I was doing. Life was way less stressful then also..stress is a big factor I'd say. Also just about to add citrulline to my supplement bundle. Thanks for opening the thread.

@helpmyhair perhaps eating a whole avocado every day could help your skin retain moisture...
