What foods have relaxant amino acids?Hey man! Lotsa good suggestions here so I'll just add two simple ones:
1. Eat as much good food as possible. Good food = stuff that's high in easy-to-digest carbz, relaxant amino acids, and saturated fats.
2. Get as much good light as possible. If you can't tolerate sunlight, try a handheld red light (I have one from Lifegiving Store) that you can shine directly onto your head.
