Personally, I'd rather focus on keeping free T high and making sure DHEA and related steroids are high as well. Then check to see if libido goes up or not.I didnt test SHBG but my prolactin used to be slightly above average and now that I fine tuned my training it went down.
I do have lower libido and I attribute it to lower estrgeon per blood tests and food experimentation. I know that most people here have the opposite problem. I made a thread about it and already implemented some advise succesfully, but its only short time fix.
