I don't see a place to download it, all I see is a cloud with rotating gears.

I got the cloud with rotating gears too but once the website fully loaded (bar at the bottom filled up) I could download the file fine.

Yeh, you have to wait for it to initialize. It does take a few seconds.

I had to use the mega upload service to distribute the file for right now. The new hosting company I am using has it limited to where I cannot upload files over 50mb to the server. So I am working with them to get that limit raised.

It didn't work on firefox but works fine on chrome.

Yes it does seem to work best on Chrome.

Hopefully I will get an answer soon from the hosting company so we wont have to go through this hassle.

Worked fine for me on Firefox.

In firefox, it will first ask you to download it from the server; once the transfert is finished, firefox asks you whether you want to play it or save it on your computer.
