Co2 bag----Anyone game to post a video???

hello!
Would anyone be kind enough to post a vid of their Co2 bag set up? I've got the tank... there are 2 outlets... I think I need a tube to fit to one.. possibly both.. I've never brewed beer or had a bloody fish tank so i really don't know how this goes.. iv'e used a gas tank for the BBQ before but that's a single outlet..
My understanding is that I need to get a bag around the area that I want to 'bathe' in Co2-get the hose in there- seal it off as well as I can and then fill it up.
Is this right?
I'm a visual learner.. can anyone show me their set up?

The reviews seems to be great.
I mean it's like a step above the DIY trash bag options (at a cost).
