I don't know about time travel but I think the ability to communicate with the past exists.

"Alien technology" is really just advanced ancient human technology. They have it stored at multiple places including Germany, Israel, and the US.
Those flying machines the Nazis had were ancient advanced human technology.
Their search for aryans and their obsession with aryan stock was because aryans are one of the ancient advanced races that came down as gods so long ago.
They went to tibet because the tibets have knowledge from long ago, having survived multiple cataclysms in those mountains.*
Their research into ancient advanced technology led to the discovery of vibrations and harmonics, which is why they had that nazi bell.
Their travel to Antarctica is because Antarctica was once atlantis.
