Whatbdo you think about cyclic under- and over- eating phases?

I dont fast but I do cyclic under- and over- eating phases of the day.

During the day, Ill have coffee, fruit, candy/honey, pepsi, and etc. The goal is to feel "light". In the evening, Ill have a big dinner. It has reduced bloat fairly significantly.
