For those who are interested, the reason for a lack of a jury trial in the NYC civil case is because the type of law this case falls under is called Equity Law which has a different set of rules than Common Law. Jury trials are not normal in cases that involve Equity Law. Doesn't matter anyway because if there was a jury this judge would have issued a summary judgement anyway due to his lack of respect for the constitution and his Trump derangement syndrome.

For anyone interested, the myth that Trump "attacked" or "went after" Allison Greenfield or anyone else for that matter is not accurate. Trump pointed out what he believes to be conflicts of interest and that is his right. The media using these terms like "attacked" or "went after" is a form of demagoguery.
The court imposing a gag order on him restricting his right to speak is a constitutional violation and is more evidence of how corrupt the judge presiding in the nonsense "fraud" trial really is.

Free spech is not absolute. In high school, I learned that it is unlawful to yell FIRE! in a movie theathre. I assume dicators can say what they want in their own country without fear of consequences. Here in the US, no one is above the law.

Unfortunately there are numerous examples in US history of criminals getting away with crimes because of political connections.
Even more unfortunate are the mindless automatons who have turned this phrase into a platitude. Examples of people above the law in the United States are Bill Clinton, George W. Can citizen trump be elected again? I do not believe the polls that give him a lead. Big pharma is getting the science that I wants to support its position. I Donald and his son Eric influencing the polls. Scientist are selected, bought and funded because they publish the results that big pharma want to have published. Is there any reason to believe that the polls are not being manipulated? After all, Donald and his son have been convicted a multi-year frauld scandal. Is there any reason to think they are limiting their fraud to tax evasion and the other things trump is being accused of and not bring it to the Republican Party? Is anyone in the Republican Party bold enough to confront trump?
