99% of the calcium in the human body is in the bones. I have used an inexpensive biometric scale to monitor my bone health and track changes.
I bought this scale last year and love it! I was wondering if you know if the visceral fat measurement is in pounds or percentage? My reading has always been either 2 or 4 but I’m not sure what that means.

I am glad that you still enjoy tracking your numbers. Your visceral fat numbers are very healthy.

I found the instructions for the scale to be lacking in details as well. Fat measurements are in percentage. From the Amazon page:
  • 13 essential body measurements. Body weight shows on the scale, other body composition data including weight, BMI, body fat percentage stored in the app. Track everybody's metrics change on Renpho app.
