Something not talked about enough is how stimulating is your diet. Do you eat a ton of meat? Dairy? I’ve found making cooked vegetables a higher percentage of my diet has helped me heal. The less stimulating (less phosphorus, Iron, low sugar) your diet is, you’ll activate parasympathetic activity which will allow your thyroid to heal. Which dry skin is definitely hypothyroidism. You’ll definitely have to supplement too, in particular b vitamins are good for speeding up your metabolism. Calcium magnesium zinc are huge. And alot of sea salt.Has anyone dealt with this problem or linked it to a particular defficiency?
Particulrly on fingers
Which brand were you and are you now taking?I switched which vitamin k product i use and now my splits have almost gone within 2 days. It was pretty bad. All fingers and bottoms of feet.
I Take a lot of aspirin but always take vitamin K with it.
potentially the K brand i used was not working.
You could've crashed your estrogen. I'm dealing with similar symptoms, and it is not just thyroid alone and endotoxin.I switched which vitamin k product i use and now my splits have almost gone within 2 days. It was pretty bad. All fingers and bottoms of feet.

Super interesting. Assuming you were taking K2? Was it a calcium issue then I wonder. K2 pulling calcium into bones teeth rather than dumping into soft tissues. I’ve read the allowable amount of calcium in the blood is quite narrow, so if the body deems too much in the blood it will start dumping into soft tissues.I switched which vitamin k product i use and now my splits have almost gone within 2 days.
