Can someone share info about these substances?
How strong of a dopamine promoter is it compared to other substances like bromocriptine, cabergoline, lisuride, metergoline etc.? What are the side effects? Is heart valve problems a potential side effect?

It's unrelated to bromocriptine, lisuride, etc. Does not act on receptors, but blocks toxic degradation via MAO-B enzyme. Have you read basic info, like Wikipedia?

Barely, but I did read some articles after. I still wish to know how it compares to the substances I mentioned, and other dopaminergic drugs. I'll try PubMed.
It's odd that there isn't much info about it in RPF.

Does anyone know how rasagiline compares with selegiline?
Maybe rasalgine has stronger neuroprotective effect and doesn't have such metabolites like selegiline(Selegiline metabolise to L-deprenyl, L-methamphetamine and L-amphetamine, but as you know low doses of d-methamphetamine are pretty much neuroprotective)
