Maybe rasalgine has stronger neuroprotective effect and doesn't have such metabolites like selegiline(Selegiline metabolise to L-deprenyl, L-methamphetamine and L-amphetamine, but as you know low doses of d-methamphetamine are pretty much neuroprotective)Does anyone know how rasagiline compares with selegiline?
