I am not saying that garlic is bad. Just some people can't handle the sulfur well. Sulfur is unavoidable, but you need molybdenum to process it. A lot of people are deficient because they removed it from the soils. There are some other genetic factors. I take molybdenum in very small amounts throughout the week, because I am one of those people.I would refer to this link, I dont know if its perfect, but there are overlap between sulfur toxicity and parasitic infection.
