I would refer to this link, I dont know if its perfect, but there are overlap between sulfur toxicity and parasitic infection.
Garlic has been used as a medicinal food for such a long time that I'd side with it over its toxicity unless it becomes a problem
I am not saying that garlic is bad. Just some people can't handle the sulfur well. Sulfur is unavoidable, but you need molybdenum to process it. A lot of people are deficient because they removed it from the soils. There are some other genetic factors. I take molybdenum in very small amounts throughout the week, because I am one of those people.

Man, it sounds like you have what I just mentioned
I don't have any allergies for many years now. I don't see how that corresponds - and I've eaten straight up sulfur via flours of sulfur without side effects.

"you need molybdenum to process it" -> why is this on topic for this thread? Seems baseless anyway. Even the electrolytes can fill in for each other.
