My TocoVit Shipped To Wrong Address

I am unhappy as I type this. I ordered Tocovit as my current supply will run out in 2 days. Unfortunately my order wrongly addressed and shipped to a different state. Now support person (Yulia) response was very depressing and cold. Not even a simply apology, not assuring they will quickly call DHL to correct my address, but was even telling me about next order.

Support used to be top quality when haidut was personally handling things.
