Then you come across ray peat works around 32 years old and take many supplements that inhibit fatty acid oxidation trying to return his metabolism back to oxidative phosphorylation and probably put on weight because his body probably dismantled most of his ability to metabolize sugar which ended up as fat and is unwilling to put his body under stress to lose the weight which would be required.
he advice has help me health wise tremendously and a valid question is why are you a b**** worrying about another mans weight.
stop being a b**** worrying about another mans weight and just cause some guru starves themselves and does many cycles of steroids doesn’t make them right about nutrition.

Guys, drop the refined sugar and go look up what all the healthy celebs and athletes eat. Chicken, fish, broccoli/vegetables, brown rice, eggs/egg whites, sweet potato, fruit, grass fed meats. A cheat day once per week. It's not rocket science!
You can post all the studies you want, but their appearances speak for themselves. It makes much more sense to look up what a bunch of healthy looking people are doing and then creating a regimen by putting together the similarities, and add and subtract based on what works best for you personally.
You will inevitably stop the coke and white sugar when your body has had enough and it shows.. don't go bald and become obese before you come to the realization that you're hurting yourself. Make the change today.
