As an anecdote - I carelessly tested what happens if I eat one full bovine gland = got some minor migraine (what I usually do when overdosing thyroid hormones). Then I ate 2 glands = and got a stronger migraine and heavy nausea, but ~5h later, I was ok again.

welllll, according to my experience there is not much of the hormones in the bovine source, was taking 6x30mg for a month( thinking im taking i am taking 3 grains) and was getting worse and more symptomatic, switching from 5x30mg of porcine glandular, so unless you want to take a huge amount of bovine glandular i wouldn't be bothered.
