Great link! Karl writes that whenever we eat, our intestines push everything along to make room for the new food.
He suggests the most likely source of bloating and gas is in the large intestine where pockets of fermented gases are disturbed by the contractions.
So if the problem isn't SIBO then killing bacteria may not be the solution...
