i find huge benefits in a little raw garlic and onion. Not huge amounts, but some. It can be taken with a little yogurt. I think mexican salsa (that you make at home) is a great way to get this too. It seems to REALLY help prevent/fix SIBO issues. There is great synergy between raw garlic and raw onion.
