Blunted Emotions from Vitamin K2?

I used to take vitamin K2 a few months back. I was taking the Thorne brand. 15mg gave me a strong libido and dopaminergic feeling. I stopped taking it for a while and when I resumed a couple days ago I got the side effects that you mentioned. I was also consuming too much vitamin D and had a high calcium and magnesium intake. I knew that if I stuck with it then that side effect would go away. Well it went away after a couple days and I now I get the libido boost again. So I say just stick with it and the side effects will go away. I’d make sure you’re taking it in oil form as vitamin K2 is fat soluble so the oil probably helps with absorption. Like Thorne brand or Hellopharmacist brand(not sure if this one’s good though). I take 15mg with each dose and I can take that dose up to 3 times daily. Provided that I take enough vitamin D, magnesium and consume enough calcium. So I would try that @Lokzo and @Charger

Yes I think estrogen is necessary for emotions. For years I ahve noticed that too many anti-estrogen supps put me in a listless, tired, zoned-out state. Are you combining the k2 with aspirin, vitamin e, d, and so forth? Is your diet already very strong and metabolic? than you may not need the supplements.
This makes sense. I’ve ran my course with aspirin, high k2 and d3, and a high metabolic diet. Time to back off the supps to restore my E.
