I bought some red bulls because I found them cheap enough that the glowing reviews from some of the other forum users were enough to convince me. Call me superstitious, but I really think something being a common foodstuff makes it 100 times safer than a supplement, and red bull still has more than than the RDA of many of the b vitamins, so that might help a bit.Yes that seems like a good idea! Lately I‘ve had periods of high visual acuity and clarity.
I personally will try a few days without zinc, because my dietary intake is 50mg roughly and only have like 3mg dietary copper, which should be fine. I think B3 as niacinamide is cool for opposing the effects of copper. (acting as a methyl sink)
