Copper is not the only issue for people who follow a peat friendly list. Calcium is another issue. Beef is probably the easiest thing in the world for me to digest. How do you prepare it? What cuts of beef?
Ground beef is the hardest for me to digest compared to other beef cuts. Also, depends on if you overcooked it. Have you tried a rare steak, or a slow cooked beef arm/pot roast?
