I understand that Ray Peat is against supplementing with more than 150mcg of Iodide per day, yet he was including plenty of Milk in the diet which contains a pretty good amount of Iodide, certainly way more than 150 mcg.
Why is that? it does not make sense to me.
I personally don't eat dairy and have rarely seafood, so I'm assuming I'm a good candidate for a low 225mcg of potassium Iodide daily. what do you guys think?
