Yeah, making a move can take a big toll on one's emotional & physical well-being, not to mention the financial burden of making such a move. That's why I've come to the conclusion that it's been to stay put if you have a good system/set-up in one's current situation especially if you have a strong support network with friends and family. I know Ray Peat has talked about how change can be good for an organism to learn adaptability, but I think this can be done in your own environment by making small changes and being open to new challenges. All things in context as they say. On the flip side, if you feel the need for adventure with a yearning to travel and see new places, I say by all means. But I've learned that it is first important to first have a very strong and stable metabolism and an ability to cope with stressors. Basically, get yourself right first before considering making any drastic moves.
