Hi all
@charlie has kindly helped us by pushing us in the direction of Dr. Garrett Smith - theres a wealth of videos on his youtube channel "Nutrition Detective" but i dont have time to watch all of them unfortuantely.
Whilst playing with all this new free AI software, i thought why not paste ALL of the the Dr. Garrett transcripts from ALL of his youtube videos into an AI bot and then i can ask questions and get succint summaries on certain topics.
its quite a useful way to find out an overview of his opinion on certain topics/themes. its not 100% accurate of course but its quite impressive imo. im quite new to AI stuff, theres no doubt people who know a lot more about how to make the most of this new tool....
If anyone wants me to pose any questions, post them below and ill paste the answer!
heres an example:
- "give me some notes on soluble fiber"
Soluble fiber is beneficial because it binds toxic metal copper and gels to soak up bile, aiding in bowel movements. However, the response to soluble fiber varies from person to person, as some individuals may dump more bile than the fiber can absorb, leading to constipation. High soluble fiber foods include beans, oats, barley, apples, cooked chickpeas, baked potatoes, buckwheat, oat bran bread, and prunes. It is important to listen to your body's response to soluble fiber and adjust accordingly.
