I don't think it was norepinephrine but epinephrine.
Also, a direct inosine metabolite has been shown to lower serotonin so that alone would increase dopaminergic tone but it has to be weighed against the adenosine receptor agonism inosine is known to have. Given that in higher doses inosine is known to have stimulating effects my guess is that it is the higher doses that are dopaminergic while the lower ones are mostly acting as adenosine agonist.
Inosine As A Powerful Inhibitor Of Serotonin And Cortisol Synthesis
What doses are meant here by "higher doses" and "lower doses"?
I looked in here to find out, but could not find anything clear: "Inosine As A Powerful Inhibitor Of Serotonin And Cortisol Synthesis".
Thanks for any help.

Any idea if this could help with crepey skin? I recently lost 20lbs and my upper arms seem crepey now.

2 drops on my scar, wow this is powerful. I’ve put a lot of different idealabs products on my scalp in the past, cardenosine is by far the most effective for scar release"

Hi, can you say what you mean by scar release?Do you mean the scar tissue is breaking down?

In Cardenosine, there is only 200mg and it is suggested to use once daily. At that dose, I don't expect chelation causing issues. The chelation comment I made years ago was made in regards to the higher doses, usually around a gram daily, but even then it seems that succinic acid preferentially lead, mercury, arsenic, iron and even calcium (mostly from soft tissues). So, the net effect may be positive. It also chelates copper pretty well but most of the chelation effects goes towards whatever heavy metal happens to be in more abundance so for most people there may benefit before it starts to tap into copper or causes iron deficiency. A potential issue is with the chelation of lead, which can cause issues because it can pull lead out of the bone where is is mostly harmless if inert and re-distribute it to brain, liver, kidneys, etc. So, if a person suspects lead poisoning then I would only use succinic acid under a doctor's supervision.

Hello Haidut, sorry this is an old post I'm responding to I hope you will be able to answer this question. I've been taking magnesium succinate for about 4 weeks now. about 500 mg total. I started feeling very dehydrated with head rush, dry skin and now super stiff neck. With a little bit of gardening my legs are sore now too. Do you think the succinate it pulling all minerals out?
