On feeding my raw data from 23&me into NutraHacker,I was advised to take action on my post-menopausal oestrogen dominance,given my gene status.They recommended DIM(Diindolylmethane)I took only 2 single tablets,one a.m & one p.m for 2 days.I was then up all night with extreme diarrhoea & vomiting.
On repeating this several weeks later,the outcome was the same.
