Simple Answer is No.

There is a nut out there by the name of John Horton who runs an organization called LegitScript.com. Horton and his organization believe that if you are a licensed pharmacy and located outside of the United States then you are a ROGUE Pharmacy.

Horton used to be connected with the Bush administration in their pharmaceutical policy section until the Bush Administration fired him.

His organization is paid a large sum of money from several U.S. pharmaceuticals that want U.S. Citizens to pay substantially more for their medications. The fact is these same pharmaceuticals are also located in Mexico. They hate it when U.S. Citizens can purchase the exact same medications for a lot cheaper in Mexico. In short, they lose profits and therefore support this nut Horton and his organization.

Horton and his organization are further supported by the National Association of Board of Pharmacy which is not a governmental organization connected with the United States Government or any State Government.

This nut has convinced several internet registers to discontinue services to any pharmacy legit or not that is not located in the United States.

Because of this both of their internet registers discontinued service and shut them down.

In our case, the same thing happened except we hired attorneys and got back our domains.

Your statement at best, is misleading.

It is true that that many sites on the internet sells fraudulent medications and many individuals have died. In fact Interpol, the FBI, and numerous other countries including our own country are always making arrests for fraudulent medications such as Viagra. The keyword here is FRAUDULENT MEDICATIONS!

Fraudulent medications are medications that are produced in substandard conditions, or without the proper substance or amounts. In most cases, according to Interpol and the US FBI they are produced in someones bathtub or in worse conditions that are too nasty to talk about.

Is this a problem? Hell YES! It is a major problem and it is our belief that anyone that engages in this activity needs to spend the rest of their life in jail for putting other persons lives in serious jeopardy.

In Mexico, our government takes the lives of its citizens very serious. Each pharmaceutical labs located in Mexico or that sells products in Mexico is required to submit everything they manufacture for testing and approval. They must submit the exact formula and the exact amount of ingredients. Our government then does tests and if approved then and only then is that pharmaceutical approved to make that specific medication with an approved dosage.

On top of that, every day there are Mexican Government inspectors located at each approved pharmaceutical lab who test each batch to guarantee that the pharmaceutical is producing exactly what has been approved.

Once produced, the pharmaceutical or its authorized distributors are allowed to sell the medications that have been approved. I forgot to mention that each distributor is also licensed and regulated.

Each pharmacy located in Mexico is also required to be licensed and regulated. We see the investigators from our regulatory at least twice a week in each of our pharmacies. Mexico takes its regulations very seriously.

Mexican law enforcement is use to dealing with murders, drug cartels and hard core crimes and they do not understand mistakes.

Several years ago a pharmaceutical lab located in Mexico changed their formula without telling anyone, or most importantly, getting authorization from our government. The inspectors contacted the PGR (our FBI). Within minutes, they arrested and took everyone to jail that worked for that pharmaceutical including the janitorial crew. Needless to say, the company was closed and these people are still in jail!

Mexico knows if they fail to protect its citizens that can lead to anarchy.

If you purchase viagra or any other type of medication from a licensed Mexican pharmacy you can rest assured that it is not a fraudulent medication.

This means I give a warning, from my position of citizen of a country for centuries ruled by lobbies (Italy), to citizens of a country that risks becoming like that. A good example is trying to buy a medication, ANY MEDICATION THAT COULD HURT THE NATIONAL MARKET OF THAT SUBSTANCE, from a foreign website. I can link you to a 150 page thread of Italian citizens who are awaiting trial just for that.

Can you explain how and why you took over the previous domain used by Farmacia Del Nino.

If someone was not aware of the other pharmacy - now located at this domain The Original Farmacia Del Nino it would seem as though your operation is attempting to assume its identity here: Not Original Farmacia Del Nino

Also, a comparison of prices shows that the original Farmacia Del Nino continues to offer lower prices.

They had to dismiss a bunch of cases a couple years ago since apparently policemen and many other people had been buying these medicines. I think the law is mainly to protect local drug companies.
