PEGYlated Nanolipids effects on MITO CELLS

I have been researched Sm102, modernas ingredient of ionized nano lipid and PEGYlated lipids. I am wondering if anyone has medical files or Information on HOW exactly PEGylated LIPIDS effect the mitochondria cells.
I would love to know how this works
And what makes polyethylene gulp ok so toxic when used with nanolipid..
