Abstract

. . . This study showed that the ingestion of adenosine-containing mushrooms and vegetables may effectively increase testicular testosterone production. We conclude that mushrooms with a relatively high adenosine content, such as enokitake, may be useful against aging and fatigue.

Maybe a bit of a basis for Popeye the sailor man and his spinach leading to “steroid-like” growth.

On the most recent live stream Georgi and Danny discuss confirmed estrogen receptor antagonism of vitamin k, (also found in spinach).
