I had an abg done and need help understanding why it was measured twice and what value do I trust to be the more correct one. Especially since a couple measurements were very different
ABG w vent & Coox order
Arterial
Allen - Positive
Temp - 37.0 on both
I will list the measurements with the what i think to be highly different values
PH
7.44 - 7.41
p02
70
94
HCO3
28.1
24.2
ABG % Sat
97.4
99.2
Carboxyhemoglobin
0.8
3.6
FI02

21
Which value do I trust more?
I'm trying to interpret my results
Thanks in advance for any help/ideas/input
