He mentioned something about how the forest fires on the west coast are caused by the government changing the way fire fighters respond to fires which ultimately leads to more fires.

I lived in Oregon around 1984-1992. Not much chemtrails then. As in misty white skies...... I visited family and friends on and off, last visit being 2014 May, and 2015 August. Huge amount of chemtrails--- 2014 I was on a farm 50 min west of Portland. Up at 5;30 and outside. Most days a few planes from 7 am on. Trails covered the blue sky by 9am. Translucent. No blue sky. All day. Effed up.... after about 5 days there were normal contrails after planes, and by 9 am 30 planes, AND NOTHING but Blue Skies! So ..... it is a thing. They turn it on, and then off, so to speak. The reason I mention chemtrails, is that there is a correlation between whatever there is in chemtrails, and respiratory diseases, and asthma. Especially in teens. And there is a correlation w/ Chemtrails and forest fires. All that Barium/Aluminum/Strontium cant be good for anyone at all. And burnt up on trees? Again not healthy with various elements riding on smoke.
