But for arguments sake, who exactly is trying to stoke "fringe resentment"? Every single major media outlet, social media platform (including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook) and politician that receives enough funding to be relevant - is dedicated to misrepresenting, silencing or slandering "fringe resentment".
