Would this recipe be good for hair loss?

I'm trying to find the best method for dissolving pure caffeine powder and/or taurine and to make a solution that can be applied topically to the scalp (for hair loss). Does anyone have any suggestions, do I need it to have some alcohol in it?

I was thinking the following recipe...

5% caffeine
20% taurine
1% Betaine
500mcg methylene blue
1g of asprin
200ml water (mixed with something like propylene glycol and/or Ethanol or alcohol)

What do you think?

MB will dye your scalp blue for hours afterwards. I'm not saying it doesn't have merit but for practical reasons you might want to drop it from the list of ingredients.

Didn’t realise topical betaine was potentially good for hair loss? Where did you find out about that so I can do some more reading.

I cant find the specific study I was reading. I think it was used in conjunction with other things and they found it supports formation of keratin rather than being a specifically for hairloss.
