Where/what is the evidence that "Saturated fats activate the pyruvate dehydrogenase enzyme that is essential for the efficient use of glucose, while PUFA block it"?

There's no reference to such statement in the article where this statement was taken from: Regeneration and degeneration - Types of inflammation change with aging

It makes me think Ray Peat's ideas are not fully referenced.
