At the moment i just sprinkle some non fortified nutritional yeast on to my food. I want to increase to 5g or even 10g, that seems a lot but it comes with lots and lots of B vitamins at them amounts. Would 10g a day be okay? Or is that too much. What issues could it cause if it was too much?
