Sup guys! I re-wrote this old article and updated it with new info and such.

TLDR: low B1 can lead to low testosterone, dopamine and even DHT and contribute to impaired estradiol detox. Low B1 increases ROS production which harms all tissue in the body, which causes testicular shrinkage and hypogonadism.

Most of you guys are very familiar with B1 and have been using it already. What has been your experience with it? For me, I do notice a subtle, but good, energy and nootropic effect from it.

Isn't there like a weird odour that eminates from you if you take a lot of B1 everyday? I'm sure I read on here about people getting that from taking a lot of the B1 HCL. Does that happen with the fat soluble forms of B1?

I've already tried sulbutiamine a few times, and didn't like it.

Yes, which is due to the sulfur. So all forms of B1 should do this most likely.
